Eight herbs blended for deep calm: chamomile, yarrow, St. John's wort, lavender, lemon balm, lapacho, hawthorn, and passionflower. Each one chosen for a specific purpose — the chamomile and lavender for relaxation, the lemon balm and passionflower for quieting the mind, the hawthorn for gentle heart support.
This is the most complex blend in the range. It's the tea you reach for when you're doing inner work — journalling, meditating, or just sitting with your thoughts at the end of a long day.
Brewing: 1–2 teaspoons per cup. Boiling water. Steep for 5–8 minutes. Caffeine-free.
Please note: St. John's wort can interact with certain medications including the contraceptive pill, antidepressants, and blood thinners. If you take any medication, please check with your GP before drinking this blend regularly.
Why I chose this
This is the tea I recommend on Day 4 of my free morning ritual guide — the journalling day. The passionflower and lemon balm quiet the mental noise enough to actually write honestly. It's also the one I reach for on difficult evenings when my mind won't stop.
