Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

  • Standard Delivery (2-3 Business Days): £3.15
    Free on orders over £50.

  • Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days): £4.15
    Free on orders over £75.

 

International Delivery

  • Tracked Delivery to EU (7-14 Business Days): £12.45
    Free on orders over £100.

  • Tracked Delivery to Rest of the World (10-20 Business Days): £19.95
    Free on orders over £150.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched using the selected shipping method.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen factors such as customs delays or peak holiday periods. While we strive to meet the expected delivery windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, particularly for international shipments.

 

Tracking Your Order

For both UK Express and International deliveries, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress.

 

Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on the following orders:

  • UK Standard Delivery for orders over £50

  • UK Express Delivery for orders over £75

  • EU Tracked Delivery for orders over £100

  • International Tracked Delivery (Rest of the World) for orders over £150

 

Customs and Import Duties

For international deliveries, customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the customs office of the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

​Refund Policy

At Holistic Life Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

 

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • If you received free shipping and your return lowers the original order amount below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please take the following steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us to arrange the exchange.
